I have been a patient here for 10 years. They are incompetent; front desk are a nightmare, they are so rude. I dread having to go here. Looking for a new doctor.
I have been a patient here for 10 years. I have actually moved out of the area but come back to Bellingham just to see Dr Van Hofwegen. A wonderful doctor is difficult to find, I am fortunate that someone 10 years ago told me about this clinic.
Dr. O’Keefe is the best!
I'm really happy to be a patient here. This was an excellent experience from making the appointment to leaving the visit. I appreciate that they have a lab on-site so I don't have to go somewhere else for a blood draw. I feel that I was really cared for here, from everyone I met, that the doctor really cares about my health, and it was the first time in a long time where I felt like a doctor actually listened to me instead of trying to rush me out the door.
Horrid. Had a double ear infection and begged them to send a request to a specialist. I went to them in January 2024, I got a call TEN MONTHS LATER from the specialist saying they sent in a referral. I am astonished they are still in practice. Shame on you, Dr. Bonner and staff.
