Update- as of the last few months the office seems to be managed more efficiently. The doctors and nurses have always been wonderful and that continues to be true. This office used to be run well, but within the past year it has become extremely inefficient. Their hours have been reduced and they refer their patients to go to urgent care instead of seeing them. It has gone down hill drastically.
Have been a long time patient of this office for years, was with Dr Kroeger and now have Erin and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, caring and I feel listened to. She and Natalie are always quick to respond to the portal for me and send in refills. She always asks about family and is very family oriented. Always leave my appointments feeling good and like my decisions on my care mattered too, she doesn’t harp or dictate, she guides my decision making and educates me to make the best decision for me and my health. The staff acts like they don't care they never return calls or call in prescriptions to the pharmacy on time I finally left and went to another practice my fiance is in the process of finding a new doctor as well she can't get her diabetes medicine on time because of their incompetence to respond to the pharmacy when they call to renew prescriptions nys needs to investigate this place
All staff has been informative, helpful and professional in every way.
