Awful practice. I sat on hold for 20 minutes to get hung up on. What if I was having an emergency?? I will be contacting the board of health.

mother (and my family) have been a patient here for the last 30 years. She has been trying to get the office to send a referral for an MRI for her severe back pain. She has called this office for TWO WEEKS, trying to get this MRI referral sorted. The MRI facility and her insurance have both indicated they’re waiting for her primary care doctor (this office) to submit what they need to on their end. Been a client since 2008. Used to be a great medical practice... the last three years not so much. This past week was the final straw, so to speak. Showed up for my six month check up on 12/18 went over things, yes I could lose 20 lbs eat and drink healthier. During my exam I was informed that "I had fluid in my right lung, and to get some exercise, walk up a hill and try to cough" wish I was making that up!
