We have attended Family Care Medical Centre for 23 years and during that time we have received care from different GP’s (some changed clinics and other retired) regarding different concerns and always feel our concerns have been addressed in a caring professional manner. We currently see Dr Laaj and Dr Youssef and are very happy with the care they provide, both are very receptive. As for the reception and the nurses we have also received great service and care.
The receptionist, Rita is very nice, helpful & is always happy to help with any queries etc
I have been attending this clinic for at least 16 years now and have found the reception staff to be welcoming, helpful and highly professional - Rita has been there as long as I can remember and has always been so accomodating and sensitive to my needs. Every Doctor I have seen over this time has been caring, professional and highly proficient. Always a great experience here. The receptionists (her name is Angela) are warm, professional and genuinely caring. The doctors really listen and take their time — I always feel well looked after. Highly recommend!
