Posponed my visit to get an early appointment to avoid long waiting due to personal requirement. Booked for 9 am (2nd place from the day) and was in the centre at 8:58 am. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes because the reception (Nicole) decided to give my time to a non emergency case! She said there are 2 before you but that couldn't be right if the patients visited the dr based on their booking. I saw the patient in the waiting room, not in critical situation. One of the best medical clinic around, I've been going there for many years now, extending, mistaken, reception staff and doctors are fantastic. My wife and kid's go there now as well. Always there to help in anyway possible. Thanks, family came radical centre.
