Rachel is amazing! I had only experienced massage as a relaxation technique previously, I had no idea how much pain relief was possible. I began coming to Rachel for prenatal massage during a very painful pregnancy. Not only did she help provide relief from pregnancy pains with each massage, but she is extremely knowledgeable and caring and always looking for new ways to help clients live more pain free long term. I am so happy I found Rachel and Family Care Massage and continue to come regularly 1 year postpartum!
Outstanding not just the therapy but soon they are opening to personal training classes that will help with keeping up and extending the therapy benefits. Must have service.
