My mother has been here for about a year. Like the smaller home care environment, not like a huge facility. The layout of the house is perfect; big rooms, wide hallway, nice dining & living area all uncluttered, a nice deck to enjoy the outdoors. Plus a nice ramp at the rear for easy walker & wheelchair access. Liliya is very pleasant to work with and does her best to make my mother comfortable.

Suffering from dementia, my dad resided here for about 3 years. He came to Family Care Home Heart in the wake of an unsuccessful and toxic stay at Brookdale in Cary. Brookdale in Cary did not provide the care Dad needed but all that changed at Family Care Home Heart. Lylla and her staff did a marvelous job. They cooked healthy foods and provided one-to-one care in a manner which built rapport and trust with my Dad. Great place for seniors, very nice clean, peaceful atmosphere, excellent staff, highly recommend it.
