They’re owned by Northside now, which means you get no communication, no scheduling options, and higher prices for what’s ultimately worse care (which is not the staffs fault, Northside is just cheap). It sucks to see larger corporations ruin places like this, which I formerly would’ve trusted with my life, and very literally did when I had chest pains. Just go somewhere else, make the extra drive.
This review was originally a very scathing one posted out of upset and frustration. The merge with Northside has been frustrating due to lack of communication and price raises. I cant speak for all patients but I was not warned that the price of my visit had been increased until I got the bill. Insured copay for me trippled and I was informed uninsured flatrate is now 201 instead of 100. I was also told I would have to be seen under the new system to continue getting refills on my medication which was 200 I don't have right ... read more

A group of the sweetest professionals. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, and will continue to come here for all of my urgent and primary care needs!
They keep texting me for more money even though I paid them in full out of pocket the day of service. No paper bill, and they will not even return my messages. Avoid this place unless you enjoy getting harassing texts with nobody calling you back. Absolutely awful.
