Great therapists, psychologists, and Psychiatric NP. They take the time to listen and work with you.
Dr Carter , Seemed very knowledgeable and a good human , on med management she needs more experience on listening to her patients rather than ignore them or tell them there wrong . I really never suggested anything , but after 10 months on the same medicine that barely worked it was time to move on , she’s extremely busy , so hard to see her less than 4 weeks .
I’m not gonna name the counselor by name.... but he doesn’t even offer me another appointment, or even indicate he ever wants to speak to me again. He concludes the session by saying "give me a call if you ever wanna do something like this again" ... that’s a politically correct way of saying, I don’t care if I ever hear from you ever again.
What a horrible place!! They don’t care about their clients! I was scheduled with KT Rouse twice!! And both were virtual.. she didn’t send the link and not even called me whereas I called the office more than once to make sure that I have my appointment and a link will be sent.
