Horrible service! Call in to try to renew my prescriptions, get put on an automated hold recording telling me I am #3 in line, then #2 in line etc. for ten minutes. Finally have someone answer just to get put on hold again. After another 10 minutes it starts ringing, and ringing, and ringing, finally hung up after another ten minutes. There office is a joke, if you do talk to someone you feel like they don't care! Awful, just plain awful.I was hospitalized for a month after Mr Moffitt stupidly misdiagnosed my diabetes. He seemed unable to communicate to me even when I did find out from someone else what had happened, he simply walked in the room, took a few notes, and walked out. I should specify it's two stars instead of one star simply for the fact that I didn't die.
Was in severe stomach pain, and the office staff told me that I would need to schedule a screening about 3 weeks out before I could see a doctor another couple weeks after that. I'm sick now. Seeing me in 4-5 weeks does not help.
