Had to provide medical records to see if we qualified to recieve care. They would let us know in 30 days. 4 months later, we get a certified letter saying they could not see us, delivered to the address on the medical records. Not the address provided when we attempted to set up an appointment. Completely unprofessional.
Let it be known that this clinic does a laser hair removal and that is why i go to them. Loved the laser technician named LACIE. She is very sweet and very acccomodating. I have had couple of sessions already with her and i couldn't ask for more. She did my upper lip, lower lip and chin and it is going pretty well. I have thick hair strands so i can't just do it in one or two sessions which is understandable. I am looking forward to get other parts of my body done very soon.
