I would like to clarify that my review was not about refusing to pay a fee. I asked—respectfully—for consideration of a one-time courtesy waiver after missing a single appointment due to an overnight work shift, having otherwise attended all scheduled visits and paid for those visits without issue. I fully understand that offices have policies and did not expect them to be changed; my concern was the manner in which the policy was communicated, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The appointments are always efficient yet personal, and the office atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. If you’re looking for a doctor who is compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in helping you. I highly recommend Dr. Laws. I’m beyond grateful for the care I’ve received and would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Laws appears to be a knowledgeable and capable physician; however, my experience with the office manager was extremely disappointing. I missed one appointment due to having worked an overnight shift the evening before. When I respectfully requested consideration for a one-time courtesy removal of the $50 no-show fee, I was met with a response that felt dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.
