I would like to clarify that my review was not about refusing to pay a fee. I asked—respectfully—for consideration of a one-time courtesy waiver after missing a single appointment due to an overnight work shift, having otherwise attended all scheduled visits and paid for those visits without issue. Dr. Laws appears to be a knowledgeable and capable physician; however, my experience with the office manager was extremely disappointing. I missed one appointment due to having worked an overnight shift the evening before.
