I am compelled to update my previous positive review of JCMC due to the disheartening and consistent breakdown in communication I have experienced over the past seven months. This place is a complete clown show. The billing department is a mess. If you have more than one family member that visits this doctors office beware. If there is any balance left over, their billing system handles balances terribly. You will most certainly be sent to collections EVEN IF you pay off the balance. I was told by one of the doctors that they were even sent to collections by their own billing department.
Inept moronic & pathetic staff, will never go there again!
