I only use the delivery option, I always have a good experience whenever I call.
These are our coworkers and family members who are working hard long days like the rest of us are!! Unfortunately, once the they finally get your original order, refill request, etc...they're lucky to have gotten through 10 scripts without trouble...and someone's calling to complain again about the delay...Again, they tell you to give 7-14 days because of the mail..
