I recently scheduled an appointment through the portal only to have it cancelled an hour later!! Their explanation, I have to establish a new PCP since Monique(previous PCP) left the practice. Hello!!?? Why do you think I’m scheduling an appointment?? Well the person you scheduled an appointment with is only helping out and can’t take anymore patients, and the only two other providers don’t have anything available until June. Terrible group I don’t recommend to none of my family member’s you don’t care about your patients, poor quality of care. To call in for a sick appt and to be told no availability till next week is absurd then to be told I need a new patient appt due to YOUR office guideline is ridiculous! I am sick and needed to see my doctor which is YOU and you can’t work me in because I need a new patient appt your policy is ridiculous and clearly do not care about medical care. Cigna clearly should’ve terminated your contract!

I had been a patient of Monique Crowther, APRN for many years. She was wonderful, but she left the practice. Having been a patient at this practice for many years, I figured Monique’s patients would be transferred between the other health care providers. I’ve had a lump on my neck that Monique had been monitoring for a long time. The lump turned out to be benign and I have just been keeping an eye on it. I have had nothing but great experiences here! My PCP is amazing, and my visits are usually very quick and efficient. Even had my blood drawn for blood work, and they were quick and painless (though to be fair, I have great veins)

Monique Crowther ghosted me back in October. Like a fool, I sat waiting on the other end of a telehealth call that wasn't going to happen. At least I got reimbursed for the office visit.
