This was my first time at this clinic as a new patient and with a new primary care provider. I was not impressed at all. The front desk was nice, but their job is simple to check you in. The nursing staff or medical assistants that work in the back and bring you into the room are very unprofessional—totally ratchet behavior. The best Dr. I ever had. The staff is great.
Went to see Massiel Dos Santos Aguirre very unprofessional and not flexible. Felt like a number to her and not an actual patient. Also arrived 8mins late because I was having a heart monitor placed on me from a TGH location and she refused to see me even though the doctors office was empty. I take accountability for 8mins but they also said I had a 15min grace period which I made big due to “the time it would take to fill out paperwork i would surpass that” if I could give 0 stars I would no wonder the ratings to this locati... read more
