I have been going here for over 5-6 years. I am literally switching doctors after today. I have never experienced this type of customer service. They are lazy and do not care about their patients. I do not recommend this doctor’s office at all. Do not waste your time or money. All they do is put you on hold and a result is never done. I have been on hold for over 30 mins. Just to put on hold again. Now I have to physically go into the office for something that could be handled over the phone.
THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE OF BAPTIST HEALTH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My kids were seen 3/5/2025 for new patient visits that included physicals and getting their immunizations. Their grandmother took them and she was told they would get documents ready for her to come pick them up. A week pass no call, so I call and told that they will get them ready which they should’ve already been ready. So fine whatever. This place is the worst primary care facility in town got turned down by my own doctor because I needed some antibiotics for my tooth. Hint that I don’t have a dentist appointment for at least 2 to 3 weeks. They can’t prescribe antibiotics. Kristen Donnelly turned me down for no reason this place is a joke. What kind of doctors don’t take care of your patients especially primary care. Avoid this place at all cost
This facility along with the local emergency room, failed to provide proper care leading to me having a deformed ribcage for the rest of my life. This information has been confirmed by multiple doctors in Louisville.
