Came right out. Friendly and professional.
This man is a miracle worker!!!! We've fostered many dogs and the carpet certainly showed it, not so much with stains, but odor. We tried everything, and I mean everything (including other cleaners in the area) and the urine smell remained. We were about to just rip up the carpet and leave the bare floor, until we could afford to replace it (as it was a very large area) when we decided to try one last ditch effort and called family care.
