I've been with this practice for almost 15 years and the staff is wonderful; I feel fortunate to be a patient here.
New patient after my 20+yr pcp left. I dreaded having to start a new pcp relationship but I’ve been so impressed w/WFCA. (Laura) is my new pcp. Pleasant, collaborative, thorough. Exceptionally fast portal & refill responses (Maggie). A newsletter that is informative and enjoyable to read. I’ve been with the practice a few months but hopeful this will be where I stay for the next 20+.
I saw Dr Schwartz today for an acute concern. They got me right in right away. The office seems newer and very nice. Lots to offer. Lab work on site. Many doctors. Dr Schwartz was excellent. She has phenomenal bedside manner, listens to her patients and truly takes the time to ensure you feel heard and that you are comfortable with steps going forward. Very comprehensive care. I'm thankful to have found this practice and Dr Schwartz.
I have been a patient with WFCA for over ten years. Since their move to Needham, I have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in the professionalism of the front desk staff. On 2/11, I accidentally left a pair of designer prescription eyeglasses in the exam room. I spoke with Paulo at the front desk, who confirmed they had been found.
