I had made an appointment beforehand and traveled 4 hours just to go, only for them to tell me they had called an hour earlier to cancel my appointment, telling me no one could see me despite just needed a quick referral. They sent me to their urgent care where I waited over an hour only for them to tell me they can't give referrals and that I should try their emergency room. Absolutely horrible front desk lady. She gave such dirty looks. DO NOT recommend this clinic.
First visit and last visit all in one day from checking in to leaving not comfortable vibe at all front desk personnel not friendly no welcome and leaving no have a nice day and other persons as well working not nice either and with no help from NP I decided not to return to this office she suggested something that I Do again by removing something and I previously went thru a painfull time before I went to this office I left office crying after this very very bad experience from her
I left a heated review earlier about Jennifer. I think I may have gotten her mixed up with another staff member who was rude to me. The lady with the salt and pepper hair is the one I've had issues with before. The lady who messaged me earlier on patient portal may have not been Jennifer. Anyways I apologize for the harsh words. I ask that management doesn't reprehend anyone based on the review.
This office is very compassionate and caring. In the last sixteen months my life has been absolute hell. Between going through multiple undiagnosed health issues, being talked down to and brushed off by multiple doctors before hand. Angelina Carver immediately took my concerns seriously. Did a test that determined that there was a in fact a physical issue.
