I've come here for years as my primary care dr. And would never go anywhere else. Even when I travel I call this office for assistance and they come thru each and every time. The staff is very busy but always greets me w a smile and professionalism. If I didn't have an appointment, they fit me in. If the Dr gets backed up from all the walk in patients they see, the staff is great at relaying their wait times and fitting everyone in. They never turn away anyone. I wish I would have changed my doctor a long time ago ! Dr skinner is super knowledgeable and detailed with her patience. I am very happy with her as a new patient so far !
They don’t care about your health, I have the worst experience with their doctor
THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL OFFICE. Simple referrals take over a month. When you try calling no one answers. I have vendors reaching out to me because they can't get anyone on the phone. So then I have to call and spend all day working to get the referral to the specialists office. They have left my 83 yr old mother sitting in a doctors office waiting to see a doctor only to find out Dr. Concepcion's never sent the authorization.
