I LOVE MY DOCTOR DR. CONCEPCION LISTEN AND GER HEALTH YOU NEED, AND STAFF GOOD, BEEN GOING FOR YEARS!
They have continuously failed to fax my referrals, I need to go to a neurologist and my doctor literally called the place in front of my face and told them what I needed. I've been waiting since July, and this place proceeded to never fax my referrals despite knowing what I needed.
I've come here for years as my primary care dr. And would never go anywhere else. Even when I travel I call this office for assistance and they come thru each and every time. The staff is very busy but always greets me w a smile and professionalism. If I didn't have an appointment, they fit me in. If the Dr gets backed up from all the walk in patients they see, the staff is great at relaying their wait times and fitting everyone in. They never turn away anyone. I wish I would have changed my doctor a long time ago ! Dr skinner is super knowledgeable and detailed with her patience. I am very happy with her as a new patient so far !
