Absolutely terrible urgent care. Their billing is so deceptive. My husband and son were sick over the weekend, and I called ahead to ask how they billed and what we would be charged. The person on the phone told me we would be billed “the same as if we went to our primary care.” They had my husband sign a waiver “in case insurance did not cover” the COVID/flu test, but at the same time told him they billed like tier 1 in our insurance (which would cover the tests). Terrible! Entire staff is rude and you'll wait for over an hour to be seen even though they're not busy. I needed an x-ray and had to wait because the technician was at lunch and had to be paged!
Horrible place; rude billing department. Don't know what they negotiate with the insurance, no information given to the patient. Insist on full price without discounts if you have to pay out of pocket.
I went this morning at 9 o’clock because I had a lot of sinus pressure and felt flat out miserable… I was seen at 10:30 & the doctor confirmed that it was a sinus infection …. The nurse who took my vitals was rude.. the doctor had said he was going to send the script over so I can “start it today” - his words… I called after work at like 230 mentioning to the front desk that there was no order placed for my antibiotics, & once he finishes with the current patient the receptionist will let the doctor know asap… it is now 4 an... read more
I took my daughter for stomach pain and prescribe for something different the medication made her worse took her to er after, they were unprofessional , doc faced her wrong diagnostic and try to explain by covering up their mistake , horrible place. Stay away from them
