These people (especially the receptionist) don't know the NJ laws of minor consent regarding reproductive health. I (17 years old) came in seeking medical attention regarding my reproductive health and was immediately treated horribly by the receptionist simply because I was a minor. She kept telling me that I needed a parent with me in order to receive care in the rudest way possible. Dr. Paroulek is the most condescending and dismissive doctor I’ve ever encountered. I have been experiencing constant headaches for nearly five months and after having bloodwork done, tested positive for the IgG Lyme antibody but not the IgM. This was the first that I had heard about ANY Lyme antibodies in my bloodwork and I had never treated for Lyme in the past.
