Great doctors, polite staff.Generally, i'm in and out within the hour. They're billing, is what I don't like example, is I pay $40 per visit. But when they send any additional bills, it always says, I paid $30. So now I have to go argue. All this.
Sitting here as ONLY patient for over 45 minutes on a Monday. Could understand if it was crowded or a weekend, but there is NO ONE here and still no doctor. Arrived at 3:56. Now 4:45 so….. what is the problem? Do yourself a favor and find another walk in. We will from now on.
Make you wait for ever
I met with Dr. Ligot who is my primary care physician today and I was greatly surprised and pleased that I was there ONLY 1/2 hour. The assistant that takes your vitals eg. blood pressure etc. came in after being in the exam room ONLY 10 minutes. Excellent and comprehensive service today by Dr. Ligot and the staff in this office. I also received via text a detailed report on my meeting and if needed next steps. The receptionists were polite, knowledgable and fast. It was a great day in and out in no time!!!!
I would recommend going to mother urgent care. I get sick a lot and went to this place a few times, but one doctor kept diagnosing me with respiratory infection almost every single time. One time I came in vomiting with a stomach bug and he said I had a respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics that did not do anything.
