I am very grateful for my son receiving insurance from horizon it is an amazing insurance. However, I HATE calling family care. The employees are sooo rude, so disrespectful, I do not understand why for no reason, they start giving you an attitude. We as members are allowed to have questions, concerns and they have no patience at all. Every different time I've called the employees are super mean, and I try to be patient as well . They’re rude. Maybe the person I was talking was having a bad day. She didn’t even help me. Had to wait on hold for 30 mins for nothing
