I used family rental car very last minute due to enterprise being overbooked and they booked out my Vehicle I ended up getting in contact with family rental over the phone where I spoke to a very nice woman who advised me that they had a Hyundai palisade available for me to rent The process was very easy and quick to the point. No body was there No cars They came got neighbors car and she had her kids cloths in there And towel
Was able to secure a rental same day that was clean and reliable. The staff was friendly and it was seamless to rent a car. Although when I went to drop car off no one was available for me to get a drop off recipient which I like to get. A day later I did get a drop off confirmation. That made me feel better. Overall great company
