First I just wanna say that both the lovely ladies here helped me and my brother tremendously we were looking for a rental car all over and they were the only place that helped us so we could go to our convention, they are clean fast and very easy to work with. And I will definitely be renting again. Of yall need a car this is the place to go
I had the most wonderful experience with Family rentals and Mrs Brenda she walk me through the whole process of renting a car and was understanding when I asked questions about certain things I will definitely go back there friendly service and nice manners
The staff was super friendly and the car was clean and very nice. I'm not well versed in costs of rentals (and it was paid by the person who hit my car) but it certainly seemed reasonable to me.
