This was my first RV and tattoo Rob was great, I had a very specific figure I was willing to pay and Rob was able to get me there. Service was good and although I bought my RV as is and there were several things wrong tattoo Rob was able to get them fixed for me at no cost. I would highly recommend this place but just make sure to ask for tattoo Rob. RJ Class B Thor Sequence purchased in October of 2024.
The Optimum sales team did an incredible job. John was instrumental in getting my RV sold in less than 60 days and kept me informed throughout the process. In addition the teams inspection and receipt process went very smoothly with polite personnel across the board. Thanks to the Optimum team
The buying experience was good. I felt welcomed. I appreciate Mr Ted, Mr Randy and all the other staff taking their time to explain everything to me. 1st time trailer buyer. I feel a little lost with backing into my storage space. But I'll keep practicing while looking for another storage space. Thank you for everything.
Just bought our new camper from Optimum! Alex was a great salesperson and did a great job going over the camper. Matt from Finance was the BEST! Got our payment right where it needed to be, stayed late to do our paperwork when it worked with our schedule and went above and beyond. Overall a great experience!
John, Lucas, and Aaron were a great team. From sales to delivery. Quite impressed. Optimum RVs customer service performed leaps and bounds above our first RV purchase experience. Kudos gentleman.
