Had I reviewed this business in May 2024 when they first replaced an entry door and installed a storm door on a rental property, I would have given them a 5 star review without question. Sadly, while the entry door is perfection, the Larsen Platinum storm door is clearly defective --- there is an uneven gap at the top of the door and the bottom corner sticks so badly that, at times, it is nearly impossible to open the door, posing a potential danger to guests in the event of an emergency. This company did an outstanding, quality job replacing 7 single and 1 double windows (fixing all rotted out areas) in a 50 y.o. home. They have a professional work ethic and knowledgeable and expert "know how" in what they do. They are friendly and accommodating and trustworthy. The guys made this horrific endeavor nearly enjoyable. Kelley and Matt are outstanding. In our consultation they provided a detailed binder of the gorgeous Provia doors available to choose from. Ordering and delivery had a minor glitch due to the trucking firm. After the door arrived at the site, installation went amazingly well. The company's installation crew was friendly and experts at what they do!! I will certainly call upon matt & Kelley for any window, door, & construction needs in the future.
