Decent, but not amazing considering the price. Staff was nice. Communication and booking with the westhills location was often frustrating and very limited.
The whole process was organized and professional. Bianca was fantastic with my attachments. She explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and rechecked everything. I found Family Braces itself to be open to questions and they help you out when you’re uncertain about something. They were organized with explaining how your aligners were going to be replaced and how they shift your teeth. Great experience up to now.
It was my first and unforgettable experience with Chanel today at family braces- west hill clinic. She was very professional and patience. I really hope she can take care of my rest treatments. 😬
