I am only giving a one star rating because they never answer their phone, call you back and its impossible to get an apt after your child already has braces. Absolutely unacceptable- you call a central number and they never answer and say they will call you in one business day and never call you back. Sick of this system. They have a special line to call in if you are interested in getting braces, seems to be all they care about. Do Better
