From my very first consult, I felt pushed toward Invisalign even though I specifically asked for braces. They see so many patients that getting an appointment was nearly impossible, and when I did get in, everything felt rushed. They also made changes to my treatment plan without fully explaining what they were doing, which left me confused about where things were headed.
