Horrendous service. We live out of town and I work an hour away. Every single time we book an appointment, the ones in the early morning and after school are already gone. I have told them at least 50 times that as a single parent, I can’t take a half day off of work every single time my kids have to go in there. Also, they have very regularly rescheduled my kids’ appointments. You would think if they had to reschedule, they would try to get you in as soon as possible afterwards. Absolutely not. Being accommodating goes out the window once you’re in the system. They will go out of their way to accommodate new patients: Quickly accommodate you (days or weeks for that first consult) and give preferred appointment times. But beware: once signed up (and heaven forbid you pay them upfront) you go to the bottom of the priority list. First priority are new patients - not your kids. This location has amazing and caring staff! It’s been a long journey with braces but they definitely make the most out of the experience. Definitely recommend 👍🏾

I just want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Brooklyn at the front desk of East Hills Family Braces. I arrived at the clinic just two minutes before closing, desperately needing immediate assistance with my aligners. Most people would have understandably turned me away however she greeted me with such a lovely and calm voice assisting me immediately. Would not recommend, go anywhere else. They try to give you middle of the day appointments for kids who are in school and parents who work; they only let you book one appointment at a time so by the time you book yours everything is booked solid (peak times gone); you can never get ahead to get an appointment that works for you, everything is mid day; they can’t even get you in for emergencies quickly when things break off and need repair. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
