I arrived at the clinic just two minutes before closing, desperately needing immediate assistance with my aligners. Would not recommend, go anywhere else. They try to give you middle of the day appointments for kids who are in school and parents who work; they only let you book one appointment at a time so by the time you book yours everything is booked solid (peak times gone); you can never get ahead to get an appointment that works for you, everything is mid day; they can’t even get you in for emergencies quickly when things break off and need repair. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
I’ve had a really positive experience with this Family Braces. The staff are always friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable at every visit. My orthodontist takes the time to explain what’s going on and answer my questions, which makes me feel confident about my treatment. The office runs smoothly, appointments are on time, and the results so far have been great. From the start of my daughter appointment Aliyah , she’s a bit nervous for the treatment but the doctor and staff make her more comfortable and gentle to her! The equipment is updated, we can’t wait for her braces fitting! Amazing experience child friendly! Good job to everyone!!!!!
