My son loves it here!!! Your kids are in good hands here. The woman that teaches the kids is a beast as well as all the other trainers. Clean, safe and the best place in town.
Helped me out of depression about 2 years ago and set me on the right track knowing that I could push myself harder then ever before. provided a place I could be comfortable and get to know people, its called family boxing for a good reason, Jason, Kendra, and George are awesome. The jiu jitsu guys are very cool too! Coulfd never pay these guys enough to say thank you
Big gyms with mats, bags, and lifting equipment. It is not only a boxing gym they have jui jitsu, wrestling, and MMA. They have amazing coaches and amazing training partners. They are very friendly and treat you like family!
I’ve been working out here the past year, and have nothing but good things to say. Amazing people with tons of knowledge and great to work with!
