This place is awful. The first time I came here to get induced I was almost given 4 doses of Misoprostol, when the maximum amount that should be given is 3 (they “forgot” to note that they gave me one pill). Luckily I was keeping track of how many pills I was given and at what times because too much misoprostol can cause fetal distress, uterine rupture, and a host of other issues. To Jackie O. & the rest of my team on February 14, 2024: I had my 5th baby here & we chose the name Michael for our baby boy. During all four births, the teams were amazing, but my 5th labor was different. The amount of care I received from Jackie was unlike anything I've ever received before. Had an amazing birth experience! Angela, nurse, was amazing. She took great care of me. Dr. Phillips was amazing!
I’d like to give a special thanks to my L&D nurses, Lyndsey, Hailey and Elizabeth! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and that put me at ease during my time there. Overall, my whole birthing experience was excellent and I’m so grateful that they help deliver my baby safely since I had so many complications from the start. And I definitely can’t forget my doctor, DR. Farhat… he is the best in the YC area!!! Five ⭐️’s!! Thank you all!!
