I had a very positive experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and compassion. Only leaving a 3 star because my first experience went well. 2nd was AWFUL!! First I was left with a nurse in training without the nurse that was actually training her. I said multiple times that I want the epidural in time and she kept brushing it off. Finally I said get it now. It took a long time to get the anesthesiologist there. He then proceeded to be repeatedly rude to me saying (among other things) “I thought you’ve done this before”.
