I had the best experience the nurses and staff were rlly amazing I couldn’t ask for a better place to have my son they took care of us like family would
I only have great things to say about the L&D nurses, postpartum nurses, and the on call doc Jesse Fauntleroy when I delivered. She was simply amazing. I only have my first delivery to compare this to and I had my first at a much more updated facility compared to trinity but the staff made up for everything. My L&D nurse Holly was an angel! She was so sweet. Sarah was also nice and walked me out when I was discharged. Kenna the postpartum nurse was warm and kind. I had to experience a c-section by myself, due to Covid and an upcoming deployment on my husband's part. Every step of the way the nurses, especially the ones I experience in mother care were extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. At one point I just couldn't stay awake and my night nurse took care of my baby girl for a few hour so I could rest. I felt very cared for and comfortable the entire time. The delivery staff was excellent and our ob was excellent afterwards the post delivery nurses took over and that’s where this experience went down hill. After birth we were told the nursery was available if we needed sleep. Upon asking if our baby could be placed in the nursery so we could get an hour of sleep the post delivery nurse assigned to us told us that there was no nursery even though they have at least two that I walked by several times.
