Theresa is a passionate business owner who is a huge supporter of all things biking in the community and will always go above and beyond to help you out. Bruce is an incredibly skilled mechanic who is great at 1) fixing your bike and 2) answering any and all questions you may have, without giving you an attitude you may find at other shops in the city. Picked up my bicycle today, and I love it!! The little furry salesman was purry helpful and he didn't mind helping me right meow. (LOL) Anyways, I had a great shopping experience, and I can't wait to take my new Fuji on some trails! I feel like I got a great deal even though I paid full MSRP. Great service at this Bicycle shop!
Had a very pleasant experience buying a bike today. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. She let me take a test ride, helped me pick out accessories, and helped me get the bike in my car. I will definitely return for future bike-related purchases.
