Didn't even make it in the office but a word of advice especially in the "industry" you are in, being nice and not blunt and short even in emails goes a long way. So glad I was told they had no one that they could see me. Seems like some very insensitive people at this place. Very bad first impression. First impressions are everything.

Awful experience. If I could give 0 stars or less I would. nearly every employee was rude or had an attitude. I've had experiences with several psychiatrists/therapists and this was by far the worst, just unbelievably terrible. Pertinent information withheld from patient/client regarding several issues until it was too late. The most unprofessional health clinic I have ever witnessed. They exhibited an extreme lack of care for patients and their feelings; this is a business where "professionals" are literally supposed to do ... read more
