I usually get my haircut at Vinh's. He's quick, reasonably priced and does a good job. Depending on when you go, he can be a bit busy or very slow, but you're usually in and out fast if it's not a Saturday.
Bring your brothers, fathers and all the ones who need haircuts here. The gentleman surely understands good haircuts. He’s classy and has very reasonable prices. GREAT JOB!! THANK YOU!!
