Brake caliper fell off because it was never tightened after they did my brakes almost killing me and my family. Another brake shop in another town fixed it and noticed they installed the other caliper upside down damaging it. Went in to talk to the owner and he told me he would replace the bolt that fell out and that these kinds of things happen (they should never happen). Such a great family owned business with very reasonable prices
I had multiple issues with my truck, at my wits end and they jumped in and got Everything handled with professionalism and honesty. They've earned my trust and business, make an appointment, a good mechanic is hard to find.
I was extremely stressed out about the problem I was having with my cooling system on my car. I took it to a different shop first and that first shop was telling me that my coolant was leaking in 5 different locations. I called family auto to get a second opinion on it as they said it was “highly unlikely that my car would Be leaking coolant on all locations where it can leak” and they did a proper test on my car and pointed out where my car was leaking from and what first thought I had thousand dollars worth of repairs need... read more
