The entire staff was very friendly. They were able to complete the work in a time frame that they set at the beginning of the estimate and meet all of my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work on any of their vehicles
Great place, truthful service and quality work
Wanted to share my experiences with Family Auto over the last 8 months and multiple visits. James the face of this business and he runs this shop with honesty and respect for his customers. I have been in 4 times and every time I have seen James do "the right thing" for his customers. My experience with James at Family Automotive and Tires couldn't have been more unpleasant. He is impatient, unprofessional, and lacks respect. I called the day before my appointment to confirm the time and asked James if I could drop it off early. The conversation quickly escalated due to his short fuse. I had to tell him that "I'm calling in peace and not looking to fight". I tried not to let the conversation get to me and proceeded with my appointment. Took my 1977 skylark in for a tune up best tune up ive had done on it car runs so good it feels like a different car.. great communication great work really good at letting me know prices/ quotes fair price on labor I highly recommend
