Brake caliper fell off because it was never tightened after they did my brakes almost killing me and my family. Another brake shop in another town fixed it and noticed they installed the other caliper upside down damaging it. Went in to talk to the owner and he told me he would replace the bolt that fell out and that these kinds of things happen (they should never happen). After a heated discussion he agreed to replace the brakes, rotors, and calipers that were damaged because of them. Waited 5 hours for them to replace ever... read more
