Very great people at Family Automotive. Rented a U-Haul truck from them. Very friendly staff and very great prices. Real family feeling walking in there.
My second encounter with Family Automotive was once again very positive. Shortly after taking our 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE in for service, I was given a follow-up call by "Kenzie," front office manager, who told me what lead mechanic, Henry Paschane, had diagnosed with our vehicle. From first encounter with the staff at Family Automotive Sales and Service, my experience with them was pleasant and professional. An unexpected coolant leak from our 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE's radiator and coolant recovery tank necessitated an urgent need for prompt repair. Honest, no pressure dealership. Great buying experience. 10/10 recommend.
The professionalism and skill that Henry has is second to none. I’ve had both of my work trucks F250/F350 serviced and repaired by him. The price is more than reasonable and I never question if it’s done to the best ability of any shop. He even found and fixed a coolant leak when I was showing him my LS swapped C10 truck.
