Very nice owners no pressure on buying the vehicle. Very helpful explaining everything on the vehicle to me. They even fix a few problems before I purchase the vehicle without hesitant. Everything went very smooth during the purchase. Even call few days later to check out how we like an how the vehicle was going for us . It’s always scary to buy something used especially a vehicle, but our experience at Family Auto was nothing short of amazing. Mattie and Christian were very helpful and some of the nicest people I’ve met in some time. There was NEVER any pressure to buy anything at anytime and they were more than patient with us. They really take care of their customers and their vehicles too. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with them that we won’t hesitate to come back. It’s hard to find that type of genuine trust these days.

Very friendly and honest Husband and Wife owned and operated I walked in test drove a couple different cars and I had a lot of questions because I was very untrusting and uncomfortable with buying a used car they both took the time to answer all my questions above and beyond and put me at ease I left feeling very at ease with my purchase and so far so good. I would highly recommend paying them a visit if your looking to buy a car
Family Automotive has restored my faith in the ability to purchase a reliable used auto. Mattie was so patient and transparent with answers to the many questions about several vehicles on her lot. Her husband is the mechanic and most of her vehicles include a limited warranty for some extra peace of mind.
