This was the best service I’ve ever had at a uhaul company. He worked with me even though he didn’t have to. His customer service was unmatched. If you plan on renting a uhaul for any reason COME HERE. Super affordable and amazing experience.
Right off the bat the guy working behind the desk was arrogant and rude to me about where I parked. Then make a sign for parking? Next, I had to buy a ball mount for the trailer I rented. On U-Haul’s website and in official U-Haul stores that set sells for $30, so I figured it would be the same here, maybe a little more. They charged me $60. I don’t recommend this place. I think they’ve figured out most of their business is military, so they rip them off accordingly just like 90% of businesses in Fayetteville.
Absolutely horrible service. The two women in the office didn’t even change out of their pajamas to come to work, and their service was just as lazy. Neither of them had a clue what was going on when I picked up my rental truck. And if you’re going to return the truck while they are closed (which is almost always), make sure you read all the signs on the building to find out their return procedure. The truck rental was no issues, but DO NOT hire their moving services. I asked for Moving Services from this company to load a U-Haul truck. I hired them last minute, so I wasn’t able to do research on how their services were. The company send two man to my house to do the job. One of them complaint all the time. They didn’t bring any straps to move furniture easier. They did a poor job organizing the stuff inside truck.
