BAD BATTERY -- $10K+ Replacement Bought a car, unseen and as is condition. When I picked it up it has a bad high voltage battery meaning a minimum $10k replacement. I trusted their website stating it passed inspections, that it was ready to go, and the images showed no error messages at all. I got there excited to get the car and I saw the error message immediately while I was still in the lot and haven't driven the car an inch. They are overpriced and they won’t work with you for promised repairs. Don’t buy from them ever. They will even sell you vehicles with active recalls on them, which is 100% illegal to do.
I had a great experience with Family Auto! Super helpful with all of my questions, upfront, honest and knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. They were not pushy, but still super friendly. Abby was awesome to work with and made the experience a positive one for a first time car buyer!
