Less than two weeks after having this Shop repair the AC in my wife’s car is already out. …I had my wife bring in her vehicle to get the AC repaired which they did a half ass job on, .. and while it was there, she specifically said do not roll down her passenger window because it’s hard to come up and left a note when she got to her vehicle to pick it up after the repair done they had already took the passenger door apart and broke the window to where it won’t go up or down and told her that she could fix it for $350 will no... read more

I have taken two vehicles there thus far in the last 3 weeks. The dealership told me on my Toyota that it would be 3 things wrong with it. The total of the 3 items would total $1,300.00 and could not guarantee until these items were replaced to see if it would be anything else. I was told about Family Auto Repair from a friend and just check them out. I did and $300.00 later my Toyota was fixed with 1 part.
