I was visiting here from Indianapolis when I needed AC for the 1st time this year. All I got was hot air. My daughter recommended Family Auto and said that when she moved to BA, numerous friends had recommended it to her. Family Auto got my car in promptly. They ascertained that my lack of freon was because my 2007 Mazda's valves were leaking the freon. They installed a new valve kit & freon and gave me a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Now my car gets as cold as I want it. Thanks, Family Auto!!!

This is the 17th year that family automotive has serviced my vehicles from minor to major repairs and always with great integrity and professionalism. You can trust them. They recently installed a new clutch kit assembly in my F150, (clutch & pressure plate) 1 week later the hydrolic component failed, I returned it to them and they installed a 2nd clutch kit at no cost to me no questions asked. Most loyal and honest mechanics I know very family oriented, took my car here a couple of times. Very professional people I wouldn't take my car or trust it with anyone else.
We thought we had finally found a Mechanic Shop to take our cars to. WE DIDN'T It was a 2 week, almost $1300 guessing game. They were sure they could fix it, it turned out they could not. I understand my car is older, and that maybe it could not be fixed,.If so tell me.There was no communication the 2nd week from them, we had to call.
