Started out excellent communication and service repairing an air conditioner. Geo rescheduled appointments a couple of times. No big deal there. After repair, The air conditioner failed a couple of times. He came the first time and refilled it with freon. It failed again. We agreed to an appointment date. The date came. Excellent communication, service, and competence. Geo answered the phone the first time I called. He was very straightforward with the $250 cost to replace the compressor on my car for the air conditioning system. His pricing was better than any other I had been quoted. I reached out to at least six different vendors for quotes. They all quoted from $950 to as much as $2100. I can’t say enough great things about Genaro with Family Auto Mobile Mechanic! I called him at 11:30 am, and by 1:00 pm he was already at my truck. He quickly diagnosed the issue — the fuel pump had gone out — and had it completely fixed by 3:45 pm the same day! His customer service was outstanding, super friendly, and incredibly fast. I highly recommend Genaro if you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient mechanic. Absolutely five-star service!
