I can’t say enough great things about Genaro with Family Auto Mobile Mechanic! I called him at 11:30 am, and by 1:00 pm he was already at my truck. He quickly diagnosed the issue — the fuel pump had gone out — and had it completely fixed by 3:45 pm the same day! His customer service was outstanding, super friendly, and incredibly fast. I highly recommend Genaro if you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient mechanic. Absolutely five-star service!
I went ahead and got this Mechanic, Supposedly it was gear shift assembly, so he had told me to Buy it used through eBay or actual from the dealership. I went ahead pre-ordered the part for the car at the car dealership.After he confirmed he was going to put it on.(he never showed up)when the day came ,for him to put it on, I sent him a message,he never responded. Genaro was able to diagnose a problem I had with my vehicle. I was at work and he came to my house to work on the vehicle. He called and explained the problem and the solution. I will definitely call him again if I ever have another issue.
Not reliable and has poor communication, I usually don't leave reviews but I feel like I've given him a fair shot ( now a week without reply). I call, text and try to work around his schedule but still no communication. Fixed one cv joint on my car and did that well and that's why I wanted him to do other work that was needed for an inspection but for whatever reason I haven't got any communication, last we spoke we had an appointment set up and he didn't show. From there. Nothing.
