I had an amazing experience at Family Auto Groups! The salesmen were super helpful, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to walk me through every option and helped me find a car that fit both my needs and my budget. The prices were some of the best I found anywhere in Phoenix. I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were about everything, including the car history. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

Went to purchase a car here because this is where my son sent me. They refused to give me the car that I wanted and instead put a different car on me motor blew out within one month of having the car. They kept the car for 2 weeks to replace the motor just for the motor to start shaking again. Then they repo'd the car for a $90 late payment! Then try to charged me a $300 fee to get the car back!
