Thank you Family Auto Clinic for being so generous and super fast with my tire repair! Can’t express how appreciative I am! 10/10!
Always a pleasure dealing with Shawn professional honest in quality work!
Great service and most importantly they do it right the first time. Shawn (the owner) is meticulous taking pride in his work. I'm Glad to have found Family Auto Clinc.
I came in to this shop to get a quote for a vehicle service. While the staff provided the estimate, I noticed a large Confederate flag prominently displayed inside on their back wall. This imagery made the environment feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable for me as a customer. I prefer to patronize businesses where all community members feel respected, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
My 2012 Honda CRV repair was diagnosed with expert knowledge and extreme attention to detail. Every procedure was explained to me so I could understand and make informed decision on what needed to be done. The owner figured out a very complex issue that was an issue with my car that others were not able to fix! He is fair and honest and a genius!!! We now bring all of our cars to Family Auto.
