I got a flat tire but had a spare tire that was attached to a bad rim in my garage. This shop was very kind and patient with me when it came to swapping around the tires and rims, even with my lack of car terminology while trying to explain what I wanted for the service haha. Not only did he fix my tire, but he noticed my windshield wiper was broken (I hadn't had the time to get to Walmart to buy a new one yet) and he replaced it free of charge because he had a spare part laying in the back for years. Shawn has been my go-to mechanic for at least 15 years. Over that time, he’s serviced all my family’s cars: three Hondas, two Subarus, one Infiniti, and one Volvo, not to mention a friend’s Chevy Silverado which had a complicated emissions issue that he resolved after a different mechanic was not able to. Shawn is thorough, helpful, truthful and super competent. You can go to him with any question and he will put in the time to give you a full answer, present you with possible solutions, and you can count on his honesty. I'd recommend Family Auto Clinic 10 out of 10 times.
I was towed to family auto clinic to fix a tire. I was very impressed with the service i received and then returned for an oil change. Again, the service was great.... quick, friendly knowledgeable and reasonably priced. (Shawn even took pictures of my car to show me what he had done!) His service was excellent!
