DO NOT GO HERE! Firestone in Silverdale, WA did a shotty job repairing my exhaust manifolds and the car caught fire the same day becoming a total loss. Despite inspections claiming wires being misrouted, etc. Firestone has refused to refund me for any of the damage. This company is unethical and has been reported to the inspector General and BBB. I had my car towed there on a Sunday afternoon about 2pm, for a tire repair, did not even get it looked at until closing time on Monday, someone else was squeezed in before me that came in late Monday afternoon, then when I went to pick it up Tuesday after paying they didn’t even offer to pull my car up, ( I have a hard time walking) instead I had to go looking for it in the cold dark parking lot. Not impressed.
