My experience with this place has been awful. They are TAKING ADVANTAGE of a situation that they did NOT needed to have removed the car from MY driveway. They allegedly saying that the Police of Bridgeport CT had called them to remove the car from the accident. Not to mention that the insured is a State Representative (Steve Stafstrom), that is trying to have his medical condition be the cause or nature of the accident that he drove through a linked fence, up to the tree in front of my house, flipping the car on top of both ... read more

This place is highway robbery you get told one price this morning $375.00 they towed my truck about 7pm sat & sun They was close im Picking up on monday noon then when you get there you get ready to pay it & it's $458.& change then i need to pay The 400 in cash and little bit from my credit card the $58 & change and they do not take credit cards these motherfuckers are bullshit Do not go to this place family auto body!!!!!! Warning!! If you have ANY dealings with these people or their tow drivers, RECORD EVERY WORD. That's about all I can say legally, just get 100% solid documentation of everything they say and every threat they make. You'll need it.
Went the Extra Mile For Us When my wife's car was hit by a driver who then ran off, we brought it in for repair, after receiving the insurance company's damage appraisal, because they have been their forever and have a good reputation. They were able to take it right away and helped us arrange a rental car while her car was being fixed. As it turns out, they found additional damage in the course of the repairs, more than double the original estimate. Family Auto Body Just got my wife's Hyandi Tuscon back and the shop did a great job They delivered the car on time and it looks great. They were very helpful and I would strongly recommend them
