They were able to take it right away and helped us arrange a rental car while her car was being fixed. Family Auto Body Just got my wife's Hyandi Tuscon back and the shop did a great job They delivered the car on time and it looks great. They were very helpful and I would strongly recommend them
Rude Rip Off_Do No Use Them_Big Fat Zero They deserve a big fat ZERO!!!! This Company is unprofessional. Scott and the woman that answers the phone are very ignorant. Scott cursed at me and hung up the phone on me. After I questioned why I was being charged so much money when I called their company to confirm their rates. I was being charged for labor that did not happen. I was charged for a wait when the man drove me car right onto the flatbed without any problems. Will NEVER Do Business With Them Again!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! I would give them 0 stars but the rating system will not allow less than 1! The people there are the most rude and unaccommodating in the industry. They towed a vehicle of mine and not only overcharged from what they originally quoted but would not release the vehicle unless I paid more money! Very Good at what they do but somewhat slow I have used this auto body business for work done on my car after getting into some pretty serious car accidents. They do an excellent job on the painting and repairs but can be somewhat slow. They told me that my car would be ready on a certain day and when I showed up they told me it would be a few more days but to call first.
