They do not return calls. Almost every bad review on here mentions that. Avoid.
Reached out to them a couple months ago. I called and left a message I think at least two times. Called a few more times. No answer and never got a reply to this day. I went to visit the office in person thinking I could get more help that way-it was dark inside the building and looked empty as if not in use. Other places I reached out to at least had the decency to reply even if they aren’t able to take new patients.
I have pleaded with this company to please give us a call back on a number of occasions. I understand things are busy given the pandemic and all, but this lack of basic consideration is rude and degrading. This is after weeks of leaving messages. This says a lot about an organization that is asking to be allowed to help the most vulnerable amongst us, especially our children.
Great place, convenient location. My therapist here is golden.
