Very unprofessional. Please do your research before placing a loved one here or even considering employment here.
Unfortunately some of the things that go on there are very questionable.
The folks here were great to my father & my aunt! Both of them have since passed away, but while they were there, they received excellent care. We put a "nanny cam" in my father's room & were always pleased with dad's treatment. Dad had Parkinson's & dementia and got to the point where he couldn't put a sentence together. He wasn't always an easy person to deal with once the dementia got bad but Tim, Fern and the rest of his employees still treated Dad with patience & gentle kindness.
