We asked him to come out and repair our dryer. Jim came said he would have to order part. We gave hime $400.00 in July'21 and to this day we do not have our dryer fixed or our $400.00 back. I have tried many times and no response. Jim said in Jan.of this year he would refund us our money and to date we have not heard from him.I have emailed and called and no one has contacted us. This is not the way to do business.

I paid with a check to get a repair done on my fridge. The business's phone number is no longer in service. I've tried contacting multiple times for them to do the install and or give me the part I supposedly paid for. I have not received any services I have paid for from this business. Edit: This is a 2 month later update. I still have not received my refund and your phone lines are still disconnected. If your business has a new number can you please list it?

We hired Family Appliance to repair our dryer. He came and ordered a mother board for $393. on July 6th as of this day we have not heard anything from this company.We have called every day since and no one has returned our calls.We either want them to fix our dryer or return our money that they cashed the very next day. This is no way to do business in a small community like Barefoot Bay where everyone talks about businesses that they use. Barbara & Dale Gray
