These people are unfair based on there word. I had them out to look at a washer and got a quote for $145.00 plus tax. Based on this I approved the repairs. Once finished the bill came to $211.00 and basically the owner said OK take it apart and just bill them for a service call when I disputed the additional charges. This is not up front or business practices made in good faith based on a repair estimate. The owners and staff of this company are so incredibly helpful and polite! They delivered great service and a great product. This company actually takes apart the refurbished washing machines and clean the inside until it looks new! You wouldn't believe the scum behind used washers. When they delivered the washer, they saw that my dryer wasn't hooked up properly, so they took a little bit extra time to fix that first, no charge, before installing my washer. How nice!
